Objective analysis

Objective analysisI do not have one share of this company and have been asked by a large shareholder to give a professional opinion on the past years of financial and managerial prowess, which I laboriously did. In my opinion there has been numerous financial mistakes done, along with managerial statements that peers do not accept. They have not managed their funds in a way that attracts investor confidence and further have asked for management fees that quite frankly speaks to being self motivated. I look at their market cap, market followers and industry and find they do not have anyone who is a supporter of their stock other then Zack's, who are paid to do so. In my opinion their financings, dilution rate and having nobody with finance or market experience, spells a stock not worthy of buying. So for all the pumpers out there, look at the previous years and ask yourself has your capital investment appreciated? Not what I see.
