Brokerage lesson 101

Brokerage lesson 101Dilution is the issuance of any shares and warrants regardless of the price of the stock. These Directors do not have a designated market maker on side and for that matter have not gone out to find one. So if they were close to a deal with Celgene and now back at the table with Bristol, then you would ask Bristol for some brokerage introductions, which this group has not done. Then you arrange dog and pony shows with the brokers , tell them about a 7 percent fee you will pay and let them decide if they play. Now you do this with multiple brokerage houses. You would think some of your dead weight board members would be able to do this, but they sit there and do nothing. You have so many useless Directors it's amazing they are on this board. Hey your house in order and the brokers will want to be part of the ride.
