Beware of more BSI will share what one of my clients just informed me of, Promis is doing another 12 cent financing to pay the wages of Elliott and Gene. They will try to manipulate the shareholders to agree to this pathetic managements plan, which only helps the greedy duo. They cannot finance this company and are on the verge of trying to convince shareholders of a plan that never ends. This board needs a change and what I have suggested is a legal resolve and rid the Company of their ineptitude. I continue to advise investors to stay clear of this Company as their financial accumen is non existant.
