It appears to be more specfic details of the JV that was initially announced on the 19 May for the Covid test and the 9 July announcement for the AD test. I am not really sure why these details have to be submitted to sedar , Very possible it was something that had to be done earlier and now the situation arose that these two projects have porceeded and maybe even completed and ready for submission for approval to the govt agencies like Health Canada or the FDA.
