ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PMN wishes from three weeks ago.. The little.problem could come up with more investment by the new group....if they add any more.money in the same.method they did previously .. ..they run into regulatory problems...it has to do with what percentage of the company they would.now control...this would require a special resolution by the board...an open vote by all the shareholders and scrutiny by the govt regulators. Could.really delay the progress.. I think I can safely say they wanted to.put more money in ....ideally what we need now is another partner to come.in and jv with the clinicals...of course I am never in the position to say this will happen...inherd this suggestion and I thought it would.be a great move to.look at.
