ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. My guess is the decision was made when funds were tight last year, before our new investors rode in to the rescue.

I don't think Chief Physics Officer is an official leadership position, so probably no requirement to provide public notice. 

Based on recent publications, he is still working closely with Dr. Cashman and other PMN team members.
