No matter, as someone else here pointed out there are now several scenarios for profitable exit.
As for a new CEO changing the direction, seems like a good bet. Goldstein wasn't willing to invest a dime of his own loot (loans don't count) so he would have worked hard (not for us) to maintain control.
I believe this is partly why his last warrant financing was so bad, and why he was finally pushed out with the following debenture financing. If this is true then with his departure we could see larger positions taken by several groups and individuals. Down the road we may not like that result, but short term it's reason for optimism.
