ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. Its proprietary target discovery engine applies a thermodynamic, computational discovery platform - ProMIS and Collective Coordinates - to predict novel targets known as Disease Specific Epitopes on the molecular surface of misfolded proteins. Using this approach, the Company is developing novel antibody therapeutics for AD, ALS and MSA. Its product portfolio includes PMN310 / Amyloid-beta, PMN267 / TDP-43, and PMN442 / Alpha-synuclein. The Company plans to investigate additional synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Its wholly owned subsidiary is ProMIS Neurosciences (US) Inc.

Once they're on NASDAQ, they can attract institutional investment. That will require good news in parallel.

Everything seems to be moving forward. I share your optimism through Phase I. After that point, it will depend on results, of course. Getting to Phase I will be a nice time for shareholders who get in at the current basement prices.

Hopefully the pps rises significantly before the next infusion of cash is needed, or a partner picks up some or all of the tab for licensing rights.
