RE:RE:RE:Gail completed BOD’s Objectives Gail did ok for herself , on board September 2022, salary for remainder of the year $144,231, bonus $25,000, option compensation of $839,932 for total 2022 compensation of $992,163.
2023 another $500k in salary plus more shares and an employment contract, if Dr Farfel terminates her employment with the company for good reason entitled to receive a severance payment equal to twelve months + medical. Not bad for 15 months of employment.
