Because what you've seen in the rearview mirror is what you'll see moving forward.

You need to understand that time goes by and more you wait to advance your assets more it loose values. 

After all thoses years it is still consider as a start up with a market cap of $30M.

There is plenty of companies in Phase II and Phase III advancing their products to treat AD and PMN is ONLY at the very beginning.
