Directors should resign
I find it despicable that people want to be on a public board and neither have time to deal with shareholder concerns or know what the equity markets are about. I suggest ALL shareholders withhold their votes for every Director, with the exception of Dr. Cashman.

Agreed, it won't change the election but Elliot already gets fewer votes than Cashman so expanding that gap might send a message to the new investors.
