New Directors

The existing Directors should all resign except for your Chief Scientific officer. Would you want any of them running your business, massive dilution, no joint ventures and poor financial management. You must vote to have them all removed.

If Elliot was encouraged to leave then there must be dissent within the directors, but if not then you're right.  If shareholders knew how the BCNI deals came about that would be a story full of clues.

I really appreciate it when you share due diligence, but I am somewhat suspicious of your motives.  And honestly, the tone of many of your posts makes me hesitant to support you in voting for a change in ownership/leadership of our company.  What's to say that your clients or those you are advocating for won't screw over the current shareholders?   It would be nice to ...more

I certainly support a complete change of Directors with of course not the good Doctor from Vancouver. This bunch has done nothing but satisfied their own greed . Goldstein asked for 500 thousand a year for him and Gene and this pathetic bunch of manipulated Directors voted in favour of that. I am tired of people that do nothing and sit on boards for their own satisfaction. Clean this outhouse.

I would agree with Goldtech, TB, et al except for the nagging lack of information around what changed between the fall and spring financings. The boston group must have had inside support to get approved so either that support came from Elliot and he's going out on his only success, or it came from the board and there was a palace coup.  If there is a director or two who opposed Elliot on ...more
