I think he just made his first official decision by halting the "pre-sale" at immmunitypass , they are back to " coking soon"...Why ? I guess we can speculate:
a... Holding for the official launch of Immusafe 
b.... Waiting from HC for final approvals related to public tests
c.....?

I'm guessing B.  I think June 1 could still be the date, but that presale prior to approval might have been ill-advised, and as you noted, now corrected. Looking forward to another UP day for PMN/ARFXF!  Hopefully we gets some more PRs circa 31 May.

With yesterday's announcement , it seems pretty obvious the tests are moving in different directions ... Immusafe seems to be geared to an internet styled ma4keting plan for individuals that will have costomers purchasing for genuine need to know if and what immunity protection they have right up to the person that just buys because it's available.  PMN S TEST is geared to the needs

Thank you for that information RC.. I have a question ,.. if that is the case and we have two test caitering to two different sectors. Will the profits be split 50/50 as per the JV ? Because that would be maximizing revenues and reach

Same question many of us have... I dont think we will know till we have the ability to access the actual jv agreement or someone from within answers it for us  ,, and if I was a betting man I say that will be unrealistic . Might have to wait till the quarterly financials come out and we see what income is coming in. But if the market even smells a hint of income from either coming into PMN

Agreed. I'd rather be selling to big gov't with endless $ than individuals.
