I believe the stock is ready to take off. Increased my stake today, now at 1.1M shares. I believe the approved shelf offering will pretty quickly lead to a financing backed and led by the Boston Group. Believe the financing will be significant and will enable us to ramp up to, and begin Phase 1 clinical trials. This is the logical outcome of the Boston group initial investment and the approved shelf offering. Also believe the appointment of Neil Warma to Board may lead to him being new CEO. The appointment of Dr. Tanzi to chair of scientifc board is another tell that something big is about to happen. This is just my opinion.

Congrats on the 1.1 M shares, I am no where close to that but do have a significant portion set aside with PMN. I posted a few days ago also stating Mr. Warma has the best shot at becoming CEO has his resume is quite impressive. Mr. Warma is also active with I-Mab which has seen an enormouse upwards trend this year. Hoping for an excellent year and extremely bright future!

As, a long time investor I am disappointed and skeptical as well. But, lets acknowledge that change is happening. I have been involved with venture financing, IPO and secondary offering. The bankers I met were incredibly motivated and hard working. Assuming the Boston Group backs and leads an offering, they have the attention of maybe a dozen different banking firms. A whole new crew of bankers
