So what does this mean for Promisneurosciences? Any news or promotional materials of serelogy testing has been buried for months.

Nothing new , this accreditation was there from the day when they put it out on requisition form, thanks to rc and then they pulled it out. Can't find anything under pending applications for HC, so really don't know what to expect. But hey they can hide behind forward looking statement disclosure. Next milestone is probably an update on the IND application and we don't have worry about

I was trying to point out the capacity fo 1000 tests per day. At $395 per test, that would be $395,000 per day. And that is just one of the labs. There is another lab for US sample processing. Obviously we don't know how many tests per day they are doing and when associated revenues will make their way to PMN via the Immusafe JV.   The revenues will come from this company to PMN

Obviously there is no push from Immusafe 50% Promis to market this to physicians and patients. Bottom line Promis is not interested in this succeedng, just a red herring!!

Factors to keep in mind...if there is a share of revenue it's determined after all costs are taken off so i wouldnt use the price of the retail test to estimate the portion PMN might be getting ..so I don't think we will really have any idea until a financial report from PMN indicates the amount we may be getting from that collaboration...but we still won't know any accurate numbers

Yes a private company that doesn't have to reveal anything but Immusafe is not private it's 50% Promis. Either way if i get this right the lab or Immusafe/Promis is not  promoting, advertising, marketing it's product to get to that 1000 test per day. Just keep it hush hush. Very interesting.

okay, in reading through the documents on the JVs,  Joint arrangement 2 (JV2) will provide highly sensitive and specific serological assays for the detection and characterization of antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus that is responsible for COVID-19. JV2 includes a jointly controlled venture (Immusafe Labs, Inc.) and jointly controlled operations. The Company acquired 50% of Immusafe Labs

Not seeing the actual legal JV agreement, one way that would make any sense in the revenue sharing JV carried out under the private company name "Immusafe Labe Inc."  is that after all expenses, dividends will be paid out to the 2 partners (the shareholders) in the JV, Promis and BCNI equally, from retained earnings of  "Immusafe Labs Inc". jmo G1945V

The whole deal with BCNI seems a bit shady to me. $3000.00 and the they own 50% of Potential Net Income after all Expenses. Covid-19 is Over. There were many other Companies that had a working and were selling their Tests during Covid. They have now stopped. Does it make any sense for PMN to continue? I have asked this quesin the past to no avail. Is the JV with BCNI (Serology Test) creating Revenue? I understand that PMN has 50/50 Deal with Immunsafe.
