NO TO CONSOLIDATION
There is a book out called fleecing the lamb and you are about to get fleeced. This management team and I use the term management very loosely has decided to issue shares to pay their ridiculous wages, Goldstein and Williams. Now they want you sheep to give them the authority to roll you back up to 60 to 1, incredible. So if you vote NO and let them know we are not going to get screwed by them anymore, then they will come back with a more acceptable number of 10 to 1, Remember Goldstein was leaving the Company, more BS, they just made him President. You must cut this snakes head off, Williams and Goldstein lied to you and you still vote in favor, BAAAAAAAAAA.

Not President but "President and special consultant to the CEO", so basically Ivanka not Jarhead. But I totally agree, the ratio is the problem.
