You mean coming in like it would at a private company?  Because that's what we are now except for the nuisance (and considerable expense) of historical happenstance.

Yes you could be right, the stock was moving nicely at the end of April, with volume, value and momentum then on the last Friday mpt must have started squirming and had to leak to pull it down.  We will see what the Boston group does but it should not be a surprize if they shoot for more ownership and dilution towards eventually taking it private!! I wasn't trying to suggest any group of shareholders would want to go private now, what would they gain that they don't already have?

"Total control of the company" Do you think it has been run as a public company since the Boston group has become involved over the last couple of years?  Private Placements to who? The Nasdaq and all that nonsense, their ownership keeps increasing and people that are blind to it are suckers!!

You just made my point, no need to take it private when you already control who gets to invest, when, and at what price.
