And there you have it.

Another PP at around $2, unless I'm not understanding it correctly.

Is the SP allowed to go up now?

I seriously did not think they could scrw us this hard. And the only part that will go on Gail's CV is the 20 million she "raised" for the company.  Wow that is one high priced...practicioner of the world's oldest profession.

They've been misleading retail investors for along time sad to say. A point last year with PMN 310 when Joann Kaplan annouced at the Alzheimers conference in July/22 that the company would be filing the IND in the 4th quarter/2022. We know how that went delay, delay, why didn't they do a  financing back in May if they were serious about going into the clinic at a much higher share ...more

And now it seems obvious what the 14 million share day was all about. I can hardly wait for the next one.

Yes with roughly 8 million shares on the market then a Nasdaq 14 million trading day on July 17th easy to see the power of the Boston group. July 1- 16 total Nasdaq shares traded 65,334 shares. Took 5 trading days from a high of $8.95 on July 17 to close at near all time low $1.75 on July 24th.

This should be reported to the SEC.

If our board did turn down better deals the SEC would have to get a complaint from the other party before investigating, otherwise where's the foul? I mean there is no way the SEC looks into price manipulation simply because it couldn't be more obvious, they're more likely to give the Boston group an award for efficient use of the system.

Don't know do you think those trading days in July were an accident? Investopedia Nasdaq, " Collusion occurs when entities or individuals work together to influence a market or pricing for their own advantage. Acts of collusion include price fixing, synchronized advertising, and sharing insider information. Antitrust and whistleblower laws help to deter collusion."
Comment by M101 on Aug 23, 2023 2:34pm
Collusion refers to but is not itself a crime, and we have the problem that by simply doing nothing our board could insure that market would drive the price down because of cash burn.  I have no doubt that it was manipulated, but also no belief that any SEC rule violation was committed because I've been reading about the SEC and believe it no longer has any actual mandate to clean up ...more

M101, your reading in the wrong place. The more whistleblowers the more traction maybe. No one is accusing of wrong doing but what just happened does not pass the smell test. Participate like others and see what comes out of the SEC, at a minimum files are started.  Re-Cap Nasdaq Promis shares out on the market about 8.5 million July 1 -16 all trading days total up to 65,554 shares traded ...more

And what regulation, existing or supposed, do you think was violated?   Because from the SEC's link for market manipulation tips there are 3 categories from which to choose, and I can't see making a case for any of them. https://www.investor.gov/introduction-investing/investing-basics/glossary/market-manipulation.  But if you or anyone here can see a likely violation, I ...more

Agreed. The system is a joke, and the average joe is the butt of it.  Most who in fall into the category that would benefit from stock price manipulation would argue that they got into said category by working harder/taking better advantage of the system than the average joe. And maybe they have a point. Sort of. But I would argue that the original design of the system was to allow the ...more
