RE:RE:RE:RE:Huge Wedgeincorrect. i like this valuation. this is literally the perfect security for old people. let the old people have their real estate security. i tell every old person who asks to buy this. old people need capital preservation and cash yield. at this valuation, with the underlying assets, your capital, with a reasonable time preference, is well protected - with double digit ROI and cash yield of ~6% (far above a bank, which has little to no underlying net assets; valuation is all DCF).
