RE:Texas StormHard to know - people are still paying rent and need a place to live. Maybe this drives up the occupancy if there is damage to people's homes and they cannot live in them any more due to structural damage.
Not sure how much insurance would cover for damages but when talking about mother nature, not much can be done. :(
Long term the company will do just fine and that is the way I look at these things. Short term is anyone's guess but this does get taken down on low volume sometimes.
