Nice to see that they got through it with minimal damage. I agree that this will be positive for the SP as there will be a need for rental going forward given the number of people displaced. I hope they treated their tenants well. There are stories of rental properties forcing the tenants to pay rent even though they cannot live in the flat. Apparently that is their legal right. Not sure if the property that took some damage actually displaced any tenants. Good PR and very Canadian if they were really helped through this calamity.

Good to hear about minimal damage. The stock did take a hit on Harvey's damage in Texas.  When you said people cannot live in the flat - is that because the flat is damaged and cannot be occupied OR the folks have moved somewhere else for the time being.  Just wondering.
