Re: Kmart

Re: KmartSlow day, but it would appear that investors are interested in other stocks today ie. the mineral stocks. In terms of Kmart they are starting to turn their business around and they did merge with Sears which has many more stores. I doubt Sears is a big photofinisher but most retailers are trying to offer the most they can within their bricks and motar, need to compete with the great elephant Walmart. They do appear to have their own system but who knows they may want to have a seamless system. In Canada PNI has Costco,Walmart, Blacks. Katz (Rexall/Pharmamplus 1800 locations in North America) Again CVS and the other have only really come on line a short time ago, it takes time for peope to warm up to the idea of online printing. I'm not saying that this stock is going to surge but one does have to consider that more people are going digital and not everyone wants to print at home. Real tecks do and they will continue to do so. As I said yesterday Kodak Qualex could be the catalyst. In looking at websites of the other major retailers particularly in the USA many use Kodak paper and Kiosks. Kodak was a sleep at the wheel for many years and I believe that this is going to be a good partnership at least in the near future as they need to be in the digital processing business. Don't see Walmart USA joining but it's odd that Canada and P.Rico are with PN. They are wholly owned by Walmart. Again I would think they would want a seamless system. My opinion is the stock will go up again but not at the dizzying speed that it did in the last 6 months. I know that there are naysayers on this board but the stock hasn't done that badly. One other thing is to simply look at the chart and it follows the same pattern. Up fast and then done some and then sideways, then up. This is probably going to happen a few more times. Again just my opinon.
