Can someone explain to me how this financing works? 

What does this mean?

Industry legend Rob McEwen has joined with several other leading mining investors in providing the investor buyback of the proposed $20 million $1.25 per Unit Flow Through financing for Power Nickel.

Back-end purchasers may acquire the underlying common shares and Warrants from the front-end buyers of the FT Units, at $0.66 per common share and Warrant (combined).

Unless someone refutes it to me this is roughly equivalent to a regular financing at 66 cents. So I guess we'll see if this sp holds until thr close.

its after the tax rebate.  i think CMVR will be making a offer  remember their NI powder get 5x the deflated NI price  So they build a refinery with a gutted out loonie and a huge tax incentive

Where is stock going from here with upcoming operations?

Stock price is going to go up if they continue to have massive results at Lion. They are also drilling some close by EM looking for lateral occurrences of similar polymetallic mineralized sulphide lenses.  Finding another one (or two) Lions would be huge.  As would be deepening the Lion discovery and getting indications of a deep nickel rich ore body extendign to Nisk Main.
