PNTV and why I roll the dice in Vegas

PNTV and why I roll the dice in Vegas
NosajEwad wrote: Good review and it makes sense.  I would say that this industry has some razor thin margins in some area and with the dilution of media to social platforms you have to adapt.  An example of this is how content providers need to adapt to things like Netflix while their initial attempt was to suppress it.

PNTV delivers content to a specific market within the hotels and seemed to be pretty innovative over the years and why they still exist.

The part that gets me in the review is this:

To conserve on the Company's capital requirements, the Company has issued shares in lieu of cash payments to outside consultants, and the Company expects to continue this practice.

Maybe this is why the share proce continues to be very very low.  The keep providing these at the low prices with the expectation that it will grow and grow big.

The interesting thing is the latest financing agreement in which the warrents are issued at .03 and .06 cent  amounts so that the lender gets to buy shares at that price.  In order to make that happen the SP would have to be above those points to make the warrents attractive to use.

The review focuses on the existing media business and that certainly is having red.  But the Green Leaf portion is the different component that is new territory.

I work in the software department of an aerospace company and the accounting department often has a hard time figuring out the costing of our department as they are 95% working with a manufacturing timesheet environment.  I think adding a new business component does creat a similar shift for PNTV.  Its a little hard to paint it into the picture except to accept that its different.

The bottom line is that that have been around for a while now and have evolved around other technological shifts and I am sure the online content subscription services will be a while adjusting.  That alone, for me, is worth a small gamble at that SP.  Adding the potential of being one of the few licensed MJ growers in this new market in Nevada is a very bold move and complementary to their audiance of the newer content.

At under 2 cents, I think this one is worth a roll of the dice.  I would not bet the house on this one, but a few hundred dollars to a thousand or two can certainly put your chips on the table in Vegas.  It is vegas after all so I pretend this investment is in Lieu of a trip there to stay, gamble, and see shows this year.  I took an equivalent amount to a reasonable trip there from Canada and invested it.

Thats just my take on it.

This company caught my eye and I have a small hold but help me understand why I should invest further given the facts of the attached information?  This company appears to be drowning in debt.  Am I misreading something?  Additionally, I see that the lawsuit has been primarily dismissed so theres no big payout in the future as I read it and I have read the entire legal filing and also see that judge has ruled in comcast favor (although not entirely).  Im honestly asking here not bashing as I have spent my entire evening combing the internet.
