Just to put this consolidation B/S to rest I emailed Mark Bradley and this was his reply, I copied and pasted it below. Thanks for being a shareholderhowever, the consolidation rumor is new to me and I would know. I think when people are referring to consolidation it is what is happening today, the stock is consolidating at a new price level after a major move up in price. This is healthy and will make a much stronger currency in the long run and allow short-term traders to get out of the way from the long-term real investors.
