How can we find out if this $ 350,000.00 is real or not?

You can always email the CEO and ask him why the Form 9 as disclosed is not yet showing on the SEC site.    https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001037131 https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PNTV/filings I would not pabic as these links are right ont he investor relations site.  The NR was 9 days ago.  Its very likely not on the SEC or ITC site ...more
