RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It's a firstagree with PGM, all commentary from NOV IR has indicated that they will avoid share dilution and work to secure debit financing, grants or at worst partial convert debentures, any comment otherwise is speculation and it is contrary to what NOV IR has said, they have indicate they will make every effort to secure debt financing and given the green tech and highly incentive govt financing for clean climate change tech, it is very likely govt financing will come through for the plant, future plants in other countries are planned as JVs, this is exactly what NOV has indicated in their various interviews and promotions
