1. I agree and fully expect that funding will include a portion to purchase cc's for an initial ramp up period also will include HR costs for NOV company to fund the initial ramp up period until steady sales/revenue is flowing.

Politically, this is a no brainer for either or both prov and fed govts to provide funding for clean tech especially in the thetford area with the bad politics associated with the asbestos mine
