Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on June 26, 2007, the company has changed its name from Pro-Spect-Or Resources Inc. to Uranium Bay Resources Inc. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening on July 12, 2007, the common shares of Uranium Bay Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Pro-Spect-Or Resources will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
