Reason to Buy

I think the biggest reason to buy into this is the management team especially Bruce Murray.  If you take a look at the companies he has built over the years it's really a no brainer.  Yes, it will take time, but this will be a great one.

Which junior got a 25% premium? If it is an entity that lost 70% in SP before the offer then I am not that impressed.
