You will lose 3 cents a share if you buy here. If you want in at the 3 cents share price go buy amr at .18. Cause thats the second part of financing. 1 post passport share for one amr share at .18 ...more

The shares that exist now will be free trading and post financing this can be in the two range. Also, in these plans of arrangment a small percentage of the shares can make a big difference. The cash ...more

That's the way I read the news release too. Eighteen cents a unit after a 6 for 1 rollback (which is 3 cents now.) Not sure why the spike (thanks to RBC) today. The stock started by selling off ...more

RBC has literally been the ONLY buyer. The way I read the news is 6:1 roll back and THEN 0.18 cent financing.  Which means the financing is at 0.03 pre-consolidation (ie now). Perhaps RBC made ...more

You will get rolled back 6:1 then another 5:1 so a total of 30:1 roll back. Unbelievable.  So 5,000/30 = 166.66 or so shares left after the whole deal is done if it is approved.

5000 shares at .05 cents   $250 5000 shares at a 1 for 6 roll back gives you 833 shares at .18 cents   $149.94 then 833 shares at a 1 for 5 roll back gives you 166 shares at .90 ...more
