Oil is up today....

Oil is up today....and people are selling at 0.025 now. I don't understand. When is Rooster going to stop decreasing? I guess that they sell because they don't see any positive news coming soon. With the penny stocks, no news is bad news unfortunately. As we can see today, oil going up is not enough to stop this bleeding, we will also need a positive update soon or a lot of shares bought by the insiders. Otherwise, it will probably not stop. IMO
