RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Departure of the CEO and the CFO

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Departure of the CEO and the CFOThey have used threatening tones in past releases. Do they legally have to say that or is it there for them to cover their butt in case of a lawsuit?  I haven't quite figured out why they have had to say it on nearly every release in the last year. I think Mr Morrison's statement has more merit. In one of the recent releases he states " I can assure all of our stakeholders, our clients, suppliers, employees and shareholders that we are committed to delivering value by creating a long term reliable and sustainable business ".  I think he is determined to turn this company around starting with new upper management. He also owns over 80% of the outstanding shares. If he can turn this company around he stands to increase his net value substantially. He is not giving up. Nor will I.  I will be adding when others will give up on Monday.          JMO.       GLTA
