Since March 3, ive called and emailed a dozen times. Never got a reply or a call back. I believe it's over.

Hard to say. They have been stingy with NR's for years now. Could be more of the same. Could be no one is at the office because it's been shut down. Seems hard to believe but who knows. Someone was buying today so there is at least someone out there who has faith. When you called, did it go straight to VM?

Shares bought today is nothing 150 bucks traded, nothing. When I call, phone call has always been answered by receptionist. No Gary is on the phone. Gary is in a meeting. Gary is on conference call. "No problem I will wait". She replies "no he will be a long time" I leave email addy, phone number, NOTHING.

I simply can't figure out why there is an issue with financing. 3rd quarter at a low point in the barrel price posted a 3.5 mill profit. 3 mil went to the secured bondholders to pay down debt and the balance was for internal. Oil was up for the last quarter plus the balance owed on the decommissioning contract. They have to be in the green unless they gave themselves big Christmas bonuses

Ty good to know. I figure it's best for any of us who call/email/touch base in any way to post the experiences on here. If a pattern develops, then I think we have a lot more answers to our questions.

In any email, you won't ever get a response different from "when we have new we will post on sedar". They will not risk anything which can tie them to positive new or negative due to insider trading laws. And they don't seem to want to answer the calls.....i believe there is something really fishy going on with this one.

This morning I left a voicemail that I was transferring everything to a lawfirm, I got an email response within seconds. Basically saying they are still working on a plan. So, email response was basically nothing.

Thanks for that update. Surprises me that they aren't obligated to put out a NR to state that essentially there is no conclusion to everything and that work is ongoing.

As long as they are working on a plan I don't care how long it takes. Basic updates however minimal should be part of the norm though. Let's hope they come through and we can all stop holding our breath.  GLTA
