How can anyone bash the company at this price?

I understand that they are spending money but the financials from September were beautiful, they had a decent amount of cash and only seem to be burning through about 3 million a quarter. Now they have all their licenses. Seems like a good buy to me, I have flipped this company twice for 25% gains, hopefully one of the shorts will sell me some cheap shares tomorrow
