Due Diligence

Due DiligenceSerious question here. Malay, and some on here, say to google Pure's management team. So I did...

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS GUY BEFORE HE STARTED PURE?? (other than what is on Pure's website and press releases)

I searched google and bing. Nothing about his former business ventures. Nothing about him really at all before Pure started.

How, or why, does a "serial entrepenuer" not have a single thing about themselves online other than their current business venture???

Im not bashing, but sincerely asking, does anyone have any info on him before he started Pure? Any info on his previous companies? etc.

Here is what I found...

Malay Panchal

"serial entrepenuer"
(per Pure's website)

- No real online record of him before he started Pure.

- No real online record of previous businesses other than statements from Pure & LinkedIn profile.

- He is the ONLY person on LinkedIn listing his previous businesses in their work experience.

I searched youtube as well with similar results, other than a few videos about crypto.

---

Nader Gheshlaghi PHD

"World renowned specialist in commercial-scale indoor & greenhouse production"

(per Pure's website)

Google: "Nader Gheshlaghi" "greenhouse"  or  "Nader Gheshlaghi" "indoor".

The results speak for themselves...

If he is world renowned, why zero info online about his expertise in this area?

I did find ONE academic article about mushroom growing in greenhouses.
I found a few academic articles about fungus/algea studies.
And he does hold a couple of patents. (there are billions of patents in this world, very few make money)

What I did not find is any reference (other than from Pure) about any expertise in growing Cannabis. Malay mentioned once that Nader has experience in Isreal growing Cannabis... but I cant find a single bit of evidence of this, other than Pure's statements.

Sanjeev Goel, MD

(still keeps a full time job other than Pure according to LinkedIn)

Now this guy actually has some searchable info outside of Pure news releases

Most of you probably know he is the CEO of Spark. But basically he is a general practitioner doctor, who developed a specialty of prescripbing cannabis (very cool imo). There are online reviews of Spark, and most of them are positive, but not a lot of reviews generally speaking.

He has been a doctor for a good while. Real deal. Makes business sense.

Sandra Couto RPh

(still keeps a full time job other than Pure according to LinkedIn)

She is a very strong hire with a solid track record in Pharma. Mostly sales and project management type positions, but solid none the less.

I fail to see the attraction to this management team. And the lack of info is a HUGE red flag imo. Then include the info I brought up about the yeild/grow tech and his exagerations about "NASA grow tech". Well....

I dont deny it will go up from here. I might even flip it a time or two. But way too many red flags for me to be long for any significant time. JMO. Google them yourself. Google the history of hydroponics and aeroponics. Read the investor pres and compare the numbers to other indoor growers using vert tech.

It doesnt take a NASA scientist to figure it out.
