Just a Thought...No one can question the quality of the brands that PSG holds but the debt and distribution given the Sports Authority disaster are clearly problems.

I know there would be some brand overlap but if a company like Jarden were to buy the company could lower the cost of capital and integrate their brands into their world class supply chain, the free cash flow they could generate would be multiples of what PSG could produce given their current structure.

That being said the EV/EBITA multiple they would be willing to pay could be quite high and still be accretive to their business.
