Yes, that's it.  Hopefully 'considering a bid' doesn't mean that this drags out and / or stays halted (or even starts trading again and drops back on no news).

Someone obviously thought they knew something, so hopefully the takeover news is imminent.  If they want to get PSG for a decent price, they'd better announce it today while they can still state the premium over Friday's close.  If it resumes trading and stays at higher levels, the takeover price will have to be higher to deliver a premium...

The good news is that IF there is a takeover, it will likely be for cash (I prefer cash to shares)
