I don't think it's patentable....it would be like patenting waterflood. I think PXL is the only junior implementing HVL and successfully on top of it, one of their wells produced more than 100,000 barrles way past its estimated economic life. Shoot an email to the ceo, he'll be able to answer you with more details.
