Agree.  These  signs  show  that  it  will  be  approved  helping  primarily  the  Canadian  heavy  oil  players.

Go  to  BTE  to  see  some  recent  M&A   activity  in  the  ehavy  oil  sector.

This  is  why   I  believe  that  PXL   will  be  acquired   soon.
