Been in the game 25 years plus, I am here to tell you there is no rationality. However, if this core comes back as rumored. You now have a completely new area mania on your hands. Nice orchestrated sell of though, you were right Don, (public admission) I now owe you a beer. They really don't get it.  I will save my breath on the rest of the story.
