Coeur is now 11% strategic partner and is on the prowl for a replaccement gold mine in the intrmediate time fram to replace its wharf mine -i think its mine life now about 6 years.So the purchase of sterling fits the bill of an inferred resource permitting and infrastructure.
Coure is a good strategic partner it has recently done private placements with bravada gold in nevada,rennaisance gold,nevada,rockhaven in yukon canada and aztec in mexico all these are in last yearorless-
