RE:WHAT TO DO NOW ?vote against the deal.  Spartan is worht way more as a standalone oil company in an ever increasing oil price market.

What today proved is vermillion shareholders hate it which is absurd and spartan shareholders hate it which is correct.

Not even close to 6.50 with the way vermillion close.

Insiders try to milk rewards of dsus and warrants and severance packages and leave their shareholders high and dry.

not going to happen.  Word I heard today is the big time holders on Bay Street are almost as piffed as me.
