a few more weeks yet !An information circular regarding the Arrangement and the annual business of Spartan is expected to be mailed to shareholders of Spartan in early May 2018 with the Meeting expected to take place in early to mid-June 2018. Closing of the Arrangement is expected to occur shortly thereafter.
