Why is Spartan not moving higher?

Is it because of the price differential between cndn crude prices and wtic at 57? Cndn prodducers are only getting 32 not 57 do to all the current transport problems so is this why spe and all other cndn energy stocks are heading south in price?

Funny how some posters here are investors,and dont even understand what you just posted Esty. Makes me wonder if some really are investors??  ,,especially with Canadian oil plays?

Transportation bottleneck affecting Canadian light oil as well. For example, synthetic crude normally sold with two dollars premium to WTI and now it is 4 dollar below WTI. Edmonton sweet is normally 4 dollars below WTI and now is 9 dollar below.  All in Canadian dollars! Duxing, Spartan sells at Cromer Manitoba spotprice (see link below for price history) https://www.manitoba.ca/iem/petroleum/oilprices/index.html From Southeast Sask, it's tranported by TEML lines to Cromer, where it is shipped to the United States either by railcars or Enbridge lines. Seems like there is more at play here...Someone is shorting this thing and doing very well...% wise its out of perspective...small caps always get hammered more..but for SPE  its far worse.Wonder why they dont start with their normal course issuer bid...that could bolster the price with their share buy-back..or at least steady this terrible dropping.
