hi I have 3500 SPE shares what will haave happedn to my shares after this deal ?

The ratio is .1476 VET shares...for you 516 shares of Vermilion

Yes, so long as you are still holding those SPE shares at that time. Will be a tax-free roll-over automatically applied, tho in my experience sometimes the Brokers are a bit slow processing the change-over ... could be 3 or 4 days after June 15th by the time you see the change.
