The PDI spin-out is given little value in the current market , and its business prospects look to be very good.

If Rock is right and the initial market cap gives us
.25 per share for each of our PDI shares ( ie PDI will initially trade at $1 per share ) , then the current value of the 100,000 oz/year gold mine is just
.45 per share.

The other major asset of PTQ is its huge accumulated operating deficit of $153 million.
This forward tax loss pool can protect future earnings for a very long time , and makes PTQ an even sweeter acquisition or merger candidate.

The other point is that this quarter will be very much a record quarter for PTQ and should nearly double last quarter's production of 10,000 oz.
So, there's lots of very positive news coming our way.
