RE: New offering

RE: New offeringIn regards to PMC, who has kicked the dead horse beyond recognition. Why was this great opportunity trading at only $1.00? Consider we have just moved up over 300%, in only about 3 months. While doing so we had roughly 43 million outstanding warrants and options and the vast majority in the money for just over 2 months. We added another offering of 32 million in that span. That is a ton of activity in a short stretch, and it completely changed PTQ's position in the market.

While to SP is going up 300% we have multi millions of warrants being exercised along the way and the stock price holds up well beyond the exercise price of those warrants. Does that not speak volumes? People aren't jumping from the train, available bulk shares are being gobbled up by bigger buyers. That explains the share price better than anything i can see. This is all reaching it's conclusion, PTQ added huge cash to enhance it's balance sheet and future prospects all the while not sacrificing the stock price moving deliberately upward in an orderly manner.

What do we think will happen once all this money raising and warrant selling is concluded? That set's the stage for the stock to do what so many of us believe it will, and finally reach fair value. I commend management for their precision handling of the difficult task raising funds, without harming it's shareholders in the process.
