RE: Commodities bubble continues to burst

RE: Commodities bubble continues to burstAs mentioned silver drops violently when it starts selling off. I was looking for 31.00 dollars but so far held 33.00. We could get a bounce now in both metals after such ferocious selling. Amazing how fast things can change these days. Gold quickly back up over the 1477.00 area this morning. We should watch closely if we bounce and to how far. After the bounce do we re-test these lows or make new lows. This could be one of those very short, very extreme corrections and it's over, although some whipsaw action over the following weeks. I would still be wary through early to mid June to see if this is the bulk of the downside or just the beginning. Once completed we should resume the biggest and most powerful upleg in this monster bull market.

PTQ i would watch for a "possible" hard spike sell-off and back up quickly as a possible end to the selling. Again bargains are emerging and patiently picking some great values should be considered a gift for the longer view. We have an opportunity if patient to get into companies at prices we thought weren't going to be possible only a few short weeks ago. I still think we should be cautious at least into early June.
