RE: Time for News OverdueRock, great post, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this company.  Regarding the Iberian acquisition, I believe that PTQ needs to have a shareholders' meeting to approve that transaction and I see no Notice of Meeting filed on Sedar yet, so it would seem that the closing of that transaction is at least a month away (since there needs to be at least a month's notice for the meeting).  Hopefully someone would be kind enough to correct me if I'm wrong on this.
